One of the most important techniques for liver and Gallbladder detoxification is the use of Coffe Enemas. The coffe enema dilates the bile ducts, and allows the liver to relese accumulated toxins. The rectal administration of coffee, stimulates glutathione S-transferase in the liver, which is able to remove toxic free radicals from the bloodstream.
The normal activity of this enzyme is increased 600% – 700% by the coffee enema, which dramatically increases detoxification results.
The Basics And How To Use The Coffe Enema :
- Organic, medium or light roast coffee
- Filtered or distilled water
- Enema equipment ( plastic bucket )
Bring 3 rounded TS of organic, medium light roast drip-grind coffee with 32 ounces of filtered or distilled water to a boil for 3 minutes, then turn the heat down and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Let it cool down, to body temperature and strain through a cloth-lined strainer. Replace the water that has boiled away, to restore it to a quarter.
The more relaxed you are, the easier will the experience be. Make an enema “nest” with cozy towels on the bathroom floor, covered with a soft polyester shower curtain and a pillow for your head.
Place the bucket about 18 inches above the body on a hook. Lubricate about 2 inches of the tube’s tip with some oil or Vaseline and gently insert 8 – 10 inches into the anus. Now release the clam to insert the coffee in.
The best position is to lay on your right side, with your legs in fetal position. Relax and breathe deep. When all the coffee is absorbed, it would be best if you can hold it for 10 to 15 minutes, before evacuating.
After the evacuation you feel often better within minutes, your nose may clear up, your pain will release…or if you fight a cold it may be gone. It is great if you feel pain in your liver or your intestines are stuck or seem toxic.
If you find it hard to hold the enema, do a little warm water enema first to clear your intestines out and than you will be able to hold the coffee.
