The sensation of pain in the body is normal, it is displayed in three forms of events: perception, energy and physical manifestation. A specific emotional state can be directly linked to every form of pain. Pain is only an external display of the emotional state, the body is able to accurately show us what the problem is so that the pain can be gotten rid of.

Muscle Pain
This demonstrates the difficulty with which we move in our lives. It shows us if we are flexible with ourselves, our work and our home. Try to find what it is you have a difficult time moving through and address it.
Headaches

This indicates the feeling of lack of emotional support, perhaps the feeling that one is not love and supported. With singles this may be an indicator to find a companion.
Lower Back Pain
Once again a lack of emotional support or perhaps emotional concerns.
Sacrum Pain
A situation which must be unlocked and solved has been neglected.
Elbow Pain
Resistance to a change in life, it may be time to accept what has to be changed and change it.
Arm Pain
A large emotional load is being carried.
Hand Pain
It seems impossible to connect to others, figuratively, perhaps you are not reaching out to others, trying to create new friendships or reconnecting with past ones.
Hip Pain
A stillness to life or the fear of chartering new paths. It may be an indicator of reluctance to move or change.
Joint Pain
Joints as well as muscles indicate flexibility. Be open to new thought patterns, experiences and life lessons.
Knee Pain
Pain in the knee may be an indicator of problems in relationships with someone else, it may also be an indicator of not being able to adapt well to those around you.
Toothache Pain
This may indicate that perhaps, even in spite for yourself, you are not happy with the situation you are in.
Ankle Pain

Fatigue
This may be an indicator of apathy, boredom and resistance. Be more open to new and creative experiences.

This is an indicator of depression being as the underfoot can and does accumulate a lot of negativity. Focus on the positive pleasure in life regardless of how small they may be.
General Body Pain
Our body’s cellular structure is always renewing itself, throughout this process, negative energy is accumulated, this will weaken the immune system.
