Nourishing Matcha Latte
- 1 tsp high quality green Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Coconut oil (good for the brain)
- 1 cup Almondmilk
- 2 TBSP Collagen powder
- 2 drops Clove oil(I use doTerra)
- 3 drops Cardamon Oil (doTerra)
- 1 peace fresh ginger
- a couple of drops Stevia or raw honey
- 5 cups hot water
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or Blender for 2 min
Serve in your favorite cup and ENJOY
This Match Latte will nourish you on all levels.
