Green Goddess Soup
great Cleansing Soup, good to do at this time of the year and when the season is changing, to give your body a break from heavy foods and to upgrade you imunsystem.
1 bunch kale, roughly chopped with stem
½ bunch bok choy, arugala, spinach or collards
1 cup water (more if you like a thinner texture)
1 apple
1 tomatoe
1 avocado
½ bunch parsley
½ bunch cilantro or dill
3 green onions
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cucumber
3 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. white or red miso
1 – 3 garlic cloves (optional)
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp pink salt
1 tsp cayenne
1 square inch of fresh ginger
Garnish with hempseed, fine chopped red and yellow peppers and enjoy. Chop all ingredients roughly and add to blender or Vitamix. Add water, lemon, orange, miso and spices and puree to desired texture.
